On the VKontakte social network, Alexander Bastrykin, the head of the Investigative Committee, was contacted by a resident of the Sverdlovsk region. According to the woman, she attended tattoo removal procedures in a Yekaterinburg beauty salon from September 2023 to November 2024. After the services, the woman's face was disfigured.
Upon inspection, it turned out that the salon did not have a license to work with a laser installation. None of the employees had ever been held accountable before. The investigators have begun a procedural check, the Information Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia said.
Earlier we wrote that in Yekaterinburg, instead of the industrial zone next to Mayakovsky Park, a school and kindergarten will appear.
