In 2024, the Migninsky secondary School signed a municipal contract with an individual entrepreneur to fence the school grounds. The contractor completed the work on time and efficiently, after which he provided all the necessary acceptance documents to the unified information system. The customer accepted the work only a month later and did not transfer the money. In this regard, the businessman appealed to the prosecutor's office.

After the agency intervened, a submission was sent to the school, as a result of which the debt was repaid. In addition, the director of the educational organization was brought to administrative responsibility for violating the terms and procedure of payment for work, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reports.
