Employees of international structures recorded a significant increase in salaries – the average income reached 167.7 thousand rubles, an increase of 26% compared to 2023. Information technology and telecommunications workers complete the top three salaries, receiving about 163.5 thousand rubles a month.
The increase in the incomes of financial sector workers indicates an increasing need for experienced professionals and underlines the importance of this area in the era of digitalization of the economy and increasing complexity of financial products, experts say.
