Also, the early opening of trading sessions will make the participation of players from the eastern regions of the country more convenient for them due to the time difference.

Due to the start of morning trading, the Moscow Exchange index (IMOEX2) will be calculated from 7.00 to 23.50. The official index value (IMOEX) will continue to be considered the indicator of the main trading session - from 9.50 to 18.50 Moscow time.
Morning sessions on the Moscow Stock Exchange were launched in 2021 and were suspended in February 2022. Then, starting in September of the same year, trading was restored on the foreign exchange market from 6.50, and on the futures market from 9.00. Since June 13, 2024, transactions have not been carried out on all markets in the morning.
