The mobile team examined 55 elderly people, including bedridden patients. According to Maria Ivanova, a representative of the Office of Medical Prevention, this form of medical examination is especially important for people with limited mobility who find it difficult to visit medical institutions.

The program includes a medical examination, blood sampling, electrocardiography and measurement of intraocular pressure. These measures are aimed at early detection of diseases and prevention of complications.
To organize an on-site medical examination, you must send an official request to the hospital indicating the list of participants and contact details. Examinations are carried out free of charge within the framework of compulsory medical insurance. The doctors' visits are organized within the framework of the national project "Long and active life", the press service of the Government of the Vologda region told.
