Vologda authorities are introducing a regional style of customer orientation
March 8th. /MEDIA TALK/. In 2025, the Vologda Region became a participant in a pilot project aimed at popularizing the corporate identity of customer orientation. This will help improve the quality of government work with people.

As part of this work, an online banner appeared on all portals of regional executive bodies to link to the official program page. It contains information about the activities of the State for People project. Alexander Burykin, Deputy Governor for Digital Development, will coordinate the process.

The Vologda authorities are faced with the task of making public services convenient for citizens. As a result, government agencies must provide a comfortable service to those who apply for services. This includes the training of universal specialists, the provision of state and municipal services in the format of "life situations" and complex requests, the possibility of making an appointment, field service and online consultations. All this should increase the satisfaction of applicants and reduce the number of complaints, the Vologda regional government reported.
