The misuse of funds by the company amounted to 26.9 million rubles. The company also improperly reflected in the project declaration information about the presence of non-residential premises in the house, which are not taken into account in the project and permits.
The company was ordered to eliminate violations. A notification was also sent to the Rosreestr of the region about the company's non-compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 214. Because of this, the registration of the organization may be suspended, the Voronezh regional government said.
