In October 2024, the first stage of the renovated boulevard was opened in the city. The space has been adapted for guests with disabilities. Two playgrounds for children, a sports area, a pavilion, a sensory garden and places for walking have been built on the territory. The boulevard was equipped with audio and visual information so that visitors could navigate in space. Landscaping was also carried out, as part of which almost 190 trees, more than 3,000 shrubs and 13,000 perennial flowers were planted.
During the construction of the second stage, a rental point and bike paths may appear on the boulevard. Even children with mental disabilities can use them. In addition, soft paths and benches are planned to be laid in the forest. A space for lectures and workshops, a sign language learning area and a playground for playing with water will be set up on the boulevard.

The boulevard is being improved as part of the federal program "Creating a comfortable urban environment" and the national project "Infrastructure for Life," the press service of the Kazan Administration said.
