In Novosibirsk, the Mayor's Office plans to demolish old houses within the boundaries of Gorban, Bebel, Burdenko and 2nd Burdenko streets as part of the integrated development project.

Houses with a height of 9 to 30 floors will appear on the site of the old buildings. The building area will be 4.5 hectares. About 200,000 "squares" of modern housing will appear on this territory. The contractor will be determined at the auction. The project must be implemented by 2032.
Two-storey brick houses with wooden floors now stand on the designated site. They were built in the 1950s and 1952s. A total of 21 buildings are subject to demolition. The residents of these houses were resettled in the period from 2018 to 2023, Atas reports.Info".
