According to experts, the average cost of an apartment in a new building in Voronezh was 6.5 million rubles. At the same time, housing is more affordable in Bryansk, where the average price is 5.5 million rubles, in Yaroslavl (at 5.6 million rubles), in Ryazan and Vladimir (5.7 million rubles).
The pace of housing commissioning has decreased in the regions, so supply and demand have almost balanced out, and the cost has stabilized, the Voronezh News portal reports.
