The husband of blogger Elena Blinovskaya is trying to challenge the court's decision on the bankruptcy of his wife. The decision was made in November, after which the procedure for selling the property of the organizer of the "marathon of desires" began. On November 6, the department received an appeal from Alexey Blinovsky. The case will be considered by the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal.

The materials do not specify the amount of Elena Blinovskaya's debt. At the same time, after being declared bankrupt, applications were received from creditors. The tax service requires repayment of an amount of 1.2 billion rubles and VTB Bank wants to receive 270 million rubles.
It is reported that the Federal Tax Service checked the blogger's payments for the period from 2019 to 2021 and demanded to pay 918 million rubles of debt and 227 million rubles of fines and penalties.
In October, Elena Blinovskaya's lawyer said that his client had repaid at least 320 million rubles of debt to the Tax Service. According to RIA Novosti, in November it was reported that the defendant had put the house up for sale and was trying to get 600-650 million rubles for it.
It is also reported that Sberbank filed for bankruptcy of Alexey Blinovsky due to a debt of 7.5 million rubles. At the moment, Elena's husband is in the SVO zone and the consideration of his case has been suspended.
