In Novosibirsk, two residents will go on trial for land fraud. The prosecutor's office has approved the indictment in the case of the chairman of the dacha non-profit partnership and his friend.
It is reported that the suspects committed 40 crimes with the fictitious sale of non-existent plots of land. Investigators believe that from February 2018 to January 2023, the defendants, under the guise of buying land in the village of Razdolnoye, took entrance fees and funds from the owners of the plots for connecting electricity and paving the road. At the same time, the regional Department of Land Relations did not grant the right to sell this land.
The damage caused by the actions of fraudsters exceeded 6 million rubles. The criminals disposed of this money at their own discretion. The case has been transferred to the court, the press service of the Novosibirsk Region Prosecutor's Office reports.
