Vladimir Zigunov, adviser to the regional Capital Repair Fund, reported to the deputies on the repair program for the coming year. He said that in 2025, 19 cultural heritage sites, which are housing stock, will be put in order. 190 million rubles are planned for these purposes. An additional 450 million rubles will be allocated from the regional treasury this year for capital works.
In turn, Alexander Sysoev, Chairman of the city parliament's commission on housing and communal services, noted that in some regions, residents who renovate apartments located in historical buildings are compensated.

"Putting such buildings in order could be accelerated, thanks to the investments of the owners," the deputy stressed.
Alexander Sysoev suggested that his colleagues bring the discussion of this issue to one of the meetings, consult with lawyers in order to consider creating a regulatory framework at the regional level to solve problems related to the overhaul of cultural heritage sites.
The parliamentarians also discussed the maintenance and operation of the municipal housing fund. At the moment, the city's housing stock consists of almost seven thousand houses. Most of it is a social loan fund. Another 146 premises belong to the specialized fund.

According to Alexander Sysoev, the city needs to work more actively with residents, explaining to them the benefits of privatizing municipal housing. Last year, thanks to the active work of the Housing Relations Department's specialists, 372 agreements on the transfer of premises to ownership were signed.
It should be noted that social housing employers must pay for housing, but, unfortunately, some neglect this duty. Thus, in 2024, magistrates issued more than 500 court orders for the joint collection of debts totaling 7 million rubles. Thanks to the apartment-by-apartment bypass of debtors, it was possible to collect 5.5 million rubles of debt.
Voronezh City Hall spends about 49 million rubles annually on the maintenance of municipal housing. These funds are used to pay for utilities, rent-free premises, maintenance, and so on.

The deputies will hear proposals from the Housing relations Department on how to reduce the financial burden on the city and motivate residents to take ownership of the premises in a month.
Earlier, we told you that the deputies of the Voronezh Duma approved the scheme of single-mandate electoral districts.
